1998 Nissan Skyline 25GT Turbo 5-Speed
This 1998 Nissan Skyline 25GT Turbo was sold new in Japan and imported into the US from Europe in 2024. The car is finished in white over black and gray cloth upholstery, and power comes from a turbocharged 2.5-liter RB25DET inline-six. Factory features include HICAS four-wheel steering and four-wheel disc brakes. The car has been modified with a five-speed manual transmission, aftermarket bodywork, 18″ wheels, TEIN dampers, an HKS Electronic Valve Controller, a Mugen steering wheel, and a Link engine controller. Additional readouts for boost pressure, oil temperature, and battery charge are mounted in the center of the dash. A digital GPS speedometer has been added to the center stack. The turbocharged 2.5-liter RB25DET inline-six was fitted with a Link engine control unit in 2023 and then dyno tested. It made 268 horsepower and 267 lb-ft of torque at that time. The car is a rear-wheel-drive example and was originally equipped with an automatic transmission. It is now fitted with a five-speed manual.
